Would you raise a family here?

3. Barn capture has advantage of gravity feed for treatment.
4. Creek water would be easy to pump and store for irrigation.
5. FIVE+ acres includes two pecan groves and some fruit trees.
6. Consider planting your own food for freezing, canning, etc.
7. If you don't use the barn roof for rain capture, go solar.  Barn faces South.  Install panels on North and South roof faces. Sun will track east to west.  Good angle.  Should be an easy install.
8. Electric service on property.  But room for a turbine too.
9. Internet services available at the property.
10. Google maps directions shows distance to Wise County Park Public Boat Ramp as 4.9 miles. (10 minutes)
11. As a hedge against inflation, land beats gold, Bitcoin and stocks.  It won't vanish into thin air.
